Someone trades.
Buy or sell any token on its Uniswap v4 pool. The hook takes 3% a side: 2% is set aside for holders, 1% buys back $MAND.
Launch a token on Uniswap v4. 2% of every trade buys real Stock Tokens, picked by an agent that can only act inside rules written into the hook. Every 24 hours, they drop to the people holding it.
Stocks bought and claimed on Robinhood Chain. No bridge, no wrapper.
Every market gets its own engraved certificate, drawn from its address.
In SPY and QQQ, bought for $MAND holders. Every $MAND trade adds 2% to it. Every day at 13:00 UTC, it drops.
The split is set on-chain, the same on every market. Every change to it is a public transaction.

The market's agent buys its basket of Stock Tokens directly on Robinhood Chain. Each swap is bounded by a price feed and by the guardrails in the hook.
Windows close at 13:00 UTC. Each holder's share is computed on-chain from token-seconds. One claim takes everything owed, and nothing ever expires.
Every market can appoint an agent to run its mandate: when to convert fees, how to split the basket. It never holds the funds, and it cannot break the rules below. Every decision ships with its reasoning, hashed on-chain.
“Shift 5 points from MSFT to NVDA ahead of earnings; basket stays inside the 50% cap.”

$MAND trades on Pons: 3% (2% to its stock treasury; 1% Pons fee, 0.3% to Pons and 0.7% to the Mandate team).
One word tells you what a market buys. The whitelist and caps are written into its contracts the day it launches.
The compute trade.
The platforms.
The boring one. On purpose.
Drops are split by token-seconds: how much you hold, multiplied by how long you held it during the window. A snapshot could be gamed in one block. This cannot.
Ten times Ada's bag, a fifth of her share.
$MAND trades at 3% a side on Pons: 2% buys SPY and QQQ for its holders; 1% is the Pons fee, 0.3% to Pons and 0.7% to the Mandate team. On top of that, 1% of every other market’s volume buys $MAND back and burns it.
Propose when to convert fees and how to weight the basket, within the whitelist, caps, frequency and price bounds set at launch. It never holds the funds and cannot send them anywhere: the hook and the distributor do.
